What will happen after I place my order online?

We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we received your order. Two days before your requested delivery date we will send you another e-mail informing you that your Gift Card has been dispatched. If we are not able to process your order, we will contact you by e-mail.

What will appear on my credit card statement?

What do I do if I want to order a Gift Card over the value of £250 online?

Yes, you will be given the option to write a personal message before you purchase your Gift Card online.


Do you offer Next Day Delivery Service?

Next Working Day delivery service is available and costs £7.50. If you require Next Working Day delivery, please call 0371 200 2144 to place an order. If calling from overseas, please dial +44 1765 601606. Orders must be placed by midday for Next Working Day Delivery.


Is there an expiry date on a Gift Card?

Gift Cards that have been purchased from this site will expire and any remaining value will be removed if the Gift Card is not used to make a purchase, top-up or balance enquiry during any period of five consecutive years.


Can I buy Gift Cards to re-sell?

No, re-sale of Gift Cards sold via this website is strictly prohibited. If you have a business enquiry regarding the purchase of Gift Cards, please contact the corporate team so that they can take more details and obtain the necessary permissions. Please note also that the use of any B&Q imagery (including the logo) is prohibited unless you first obtain written permission from the corporate team. 



Delivery of B&Q Gift Cards

  1. Working days are classed as Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays. Please note that all delivery dates are estimated and cannot be guaranteed.
  2. Although most deliveries arrive on the next working day, on First Class and Recorded Delivery please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
  3. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates on weekends, Bank Holidays or to International addresses.
  4. Orders over £50 will require a signature. If there is no one available to sign for the delivery, a calling card will be left with instructions to either collect from the local depot or call the courier to arrange a re-delivery.
  5. Due to the high volume of orders at Christmas, we advise customers to order early for pre-Christmas delivery. A limited delivery service will be in operation in the week immediately after Christmas.
  6. We use Royal Mail for the majority of our deliveries but will use other services where appropriate. Delivery charges vary according the value ordered as specified below.

Gift cards supplied by this website are subject to the B&Q Gift Card terms and conditions, which are available when purcahsing the Gift Card or from

  1. Sales of B&Q Gift Cards are made, managed and fulfilled by Voucher Express - a trading name of Hemingways Marketing Services Ltd, Metcalfe House, 23H Kirkgate, Ripon. HG4 1PB, established 1947 and registered in England 453174. VAT Reg No: GB 169725424. Voucher Express is the seller of the Gift Cards.
  2. B&Q Gift Cards supplied by this website are in £ sterling and can be used as full or part payment for any products purchased from B&Q stores in the UK (except concessions and cafés in B&Q stores) and online at It cannot be used for purchases from B&Q call centres or in B&Q stores outside the UK including Jersey & Guernsey.
  3. Gift Cards ordered through this site will be sent by Voucher Express to the delivery address stated on each individual order. Deliveries will be made using Royal Mail services. Orders with a combined value of £50 or less will be sent by 1st class post. All other orders will be sent by either Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery and will require a signature on arrival.
  4. Gift Cards will normally be despatched by Voucher Express within two working days unless a specified later delivery date is requested. Where possible we will try to meet all delivery requirements but neither Voucher Express nor B&Q Limited shall be liable for any loss incurred either directly or indirectly by failure to meet the delivery date and time indicated at the time of order being placed. ‘Loss’ in this instance includes loss of profit, costs, damages, charges or other expenses.
  5. Risk will pass to the customer upon delivery and title will pass upon receipt of payments in full. Neither Voucher Express nor B&Q can be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards following delivery to the recipient. Gift Cards will NOT be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or damaged. Neither Voucher Express nor B&Q Limited is responsible for funds on the Card used without your knowledge.
  6. B&Q Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and cash refunds will not be available for products purchased with this Card. Voucher Express is not directly linked to B&Q and can take no responsibility for products and services offered by B&Q Limited.
  7. Gift Card quantities should be checked immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be notified immediately. Voucher Express cannot be held responsible for shortage or loss of any gift cards not notified to us within three days of delivery.
  8. Cleared payment is required prior to the despatch of orders. Payment is taken automatically at the time of purchase by Voucher Express. Your credit/debit card statement will read 'Voucher Express'. We reserve the right to decline any order without providing explanation. B&Q Limited will not be given access to your credit/debit card details.
  9. Your use of this website is governed by these Terms and Conditions and construed and enforced in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Disputes arising from your use of this website and the services we provide are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
  10. Force Majeure: Voucher Express cannot be held responsible for failure to meet its service obligations when any failure is brought about due to some cause totally beyond its reasonable control. Examples of this might include: acts of God, trade disputes; governmental intervention, fire, flood, and disruption to computer and IT infrastructure.
  11. Breach of these conditions will entitle Voucher Express to seek the appropriate legal remedy available for injunction, damages or otherwise.
